The Service provides fictional investigations, simulated security scenarios, puzzles, challenges, and interactive experiences designed for entertainment and learning purposes. All companies, systems, credentials, characters, incidents, vulnerabilities, and investigation scenarios presented within Breach Noir are fictional unless explicitly stated otherwise. Breach Noir is not: a penetration testing service; a cybersecurity consulting service; a vulnerability disclosure platform; a security audit provider; a professional training certification provider; a substitute for professional cybersecurity advice. Information learned through Breach Noir must not be applied to systems, networks, or accounts without proper authorization. Eligibility You must comply with all applicable laws when using Breach Noir. Premium services may include the purchase of virtual credits or access to additional gameplay features. All purchases are for digital content that is delivered immediately after successful payment processing. Premium features, prices, availability, and benefits may change over time. Changes will not affect previously purchased digital content unless permitted by applicable law. 6. Credits System Breach Noir may use a virtual credit system. Credits: are digital usage units; have no monetary value; are not currency; cannot be exchanged for money; cannot be transferred between accounts; cannot be sold or traded. Credits may be provided through: free daily allocations; purchases; promotional activities; rewards or gameplay achievements. Purchased credits are provided immediately after successful payment confirmation and are considered delivered digital content. Because credits are digital goods made available immediately after purchase, refunds may not be available once credits have been delivered or used, except where required by applicable law. Breach Noir may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Breach Noir reserves the right to modify credit amounts, limits, regeneration rates, pricing, and availability of credit-based features. 7. Payments Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other authorized payment processors. When purchasing virtual credits or premium features, you authorize Breach Noir to charge the displayed amount using the selected payment method. By completing a purchase, you confirm that: payment information provided is accurate; you are authorized to use the selected payment method; you agree to the displayed price and purchase conditions. Digital credits and premium digital features are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be unavailable after digital content has been delivered or consumed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. 7.1 Digital Content and Refund Policy Breach Noir provides digital content, including virtual credits, premium gameplay features, and other digital functionality. Because digital credits and premium features are delivered immediately after purchase and may be consumed within the Service, refund requests may be limited once delivery has occurred. Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable laws, including applicable digital content protection laws. Educational and Fictional Content Disclaimer Breach Noir content is provided for entertainment and educational simulation purposes only. We do not guarantee that: scenarios represent real-world security environments; techniques shown are complete, accurate, or current; solving investigations provides professional cybersecurity skills; gameplay results translate into real-world security capability. Users remain solely responsible for how they apply knowledge obtained from the Service. 10. Intellectual Property All Breach Noir content, including: software; designs; graphics; logos; text; investigations; scenarios; game mechanics; branding; is owned by Breach Noir or used under appropriate authorization. You may not: copy; redistribute; modify; reproduce; sell; commercially exploit; any part of the Service without prior written permission. 11. User Generated Content If Breach Noir allows users to submit content, you grant Breach Noir a non-exclusive right to store, process, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
